How to make your payments

We send you a proforma invoice for your order. As soon as we receive the payment, we dispatch the goods.

Please wait for our final PI and transfer the issued amount. Sometimes extra expenses as custom-fees and freight costs have to be added.

A money transfer with notice to our reference number will speed up the process.

Please have the right amount ready to hand. You get a receipt for receiving the invoice amount right on the spot. For this service, additional costs will be charged.

Only with deliveries in Germany or to Austria. The debit takes place after you or a substitute has received the goods. We offer you to individually arrange that kind of payment with us. Please ask for a consultant or send us an e-mail to info@steinigke.de.

If you pick up your goods in person you can pay your bill with EC-, Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners) or cash.

Please verify, especially if you are an export costumer, if your preferred card is allowed for an international use and has subsequently the needed limits.
